Cat Power’s New York, New York…. mesmerizing and so different it has a whole new meaning.
I wish I lived in one of those high society time periods where everyone dressed up to go to a play and hid all of their true feelings inside and men still escorted women everywhere and everything was golden and wonderful.
But I also don’t wish that…
Christmas shopping has become something more for me. I’m always trying to find the most unique and original gift for someone, but I always end up not finding it and ultimately reverting back to the original idea, which is, consequently, not original and unique. This hasn’t happened yet, but we will see how the cookie crumbles.
